Returns Policy

Dear valued customer, Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. Please have faith and bear with us as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with. Please note that it may take 5-6 working days to process your request. We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle. Returns and exchanges are only 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Deliveries in Karachi are done within 2-3 days. All other cities take 3-4 days to deliver.

Delivery charges are Rs.199. Free delivery for orders above 3000.
